C Wes Clements III, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing at Tailored MD, located in San Antonio, TX. He is a graduate of Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed his residency training at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
Nichole Graeber is a board-certified family nurse practitioner practicing at Tailored MD. She graduated from Walden University and has been in practice for over five years.
Tona Vu, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician from Houston, TX. She graduated from William Carey College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training in Conroe, TX. Dr. Tona Vu has gained experience working in various healthcare environments, and her decision to join Tailored MD stemmed from her belief in a comprehensive approach to healthcare. Her practice philosophy revolves around identifying risk factors for diseases, addressing lifestyle factors, educating patients on disease prevention, and utilizing evidence-based medicine to treat medical conditions.
Outside of work, Dr. Tona Vu finds joy in spending quality time with her family and actively participating in volunteer work. Additionally, she has a passion for cooking and exploring different cuisines, as well as traveling to new destinations.
Dr. Patricia Saravia, DO is a board-certified Family Medicine Specialist in San Antonio, TX and has over 8 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency training with NYU Lagone Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn
Dr. Manuel Vogt, DO is a board-certified Family Medicine Specialist in San Antonio, TX and has over 10 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from the University of School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency training with NYU Lagone Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn. He practices both traditional medicine and osteopathy. While he treats numerous conditions such as blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, etc. he has a special interest in treating diabetes which is a passion of his. He has been published in a number of respectable journals, presented award-winning research and led/participated in medical trips to South America and the Caribbean. In his free time he enjoys running, soccer, cycling, traveling, photography and spending time with his wife and family.
