    C Wes Clements III, MD

    C Wes Clements III, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing at Tailored MD, located in San Antonio, TX. He is a graduate of Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed his residency training at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

    Dr Shelby Paul, MD, MBA

    Dr. Shelby Paul is a board-certified Family & Medicine physician passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all backgrounds. She values the breadth of family medicine, its focus on prevention, and the lasting relationships it fosters. After seeing the limitations of traditional fee-for-service care, she embraced the Direct Primary Care model to provide high-quality, patient-centered, personalized care.

    Dr. Paul earned her B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Trinity University, her M.D. from UTMB Galveston, and her MBA from UH Clearlake. She completed her Family Medicine residency at UT Health Science Center in Tyler, Texas, with additional training in Obesity Medicine, and has been recognized with multiple awards and leadership roles in organizations such as TAFP.

    Outside the clinic, Dr. Paul is active in her church and enjoys time with her husband, their goldendoodle, and their new baby daughter. She is excited to join the Direct Primary Care movement, empowering patients to achieve better health through personal and thorough care.

    Amanda Byrd, DNP

    Amanda Byrd is a board-certified Family and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of diverse medical experience, including primary care, emergency medicine, intensive care, surgery, labor and delivery, behavioral health, and trauma. She is passionate about comprehensive, compassionate care for patients of all ages, with a focus on family wellness, preventive care, behavioral health, and pediatric care.

    She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Utah in 2016 and holds dual national board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP).

    Before joining our practice, Amanda served as a Major in the United States Air Force, including leadership roles at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. She also directed a quarantine and isolation program in Saudi Arabia during the COVID-19 pandemic.

    Amanda brings discipline, leadership, and adaptability from her military service to every patient interaction. She takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.

    Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and staying active in her local community.

    Patricia Saravia, DO

    Dr. Patricia Saravia, DO is a board-certified Family Medicine Specialist in San Antonio, TX and has over 8 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency training with NYU Lagone Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn

    Dr. Manuel Vogt, DO

    Dr. Manuel Vogt, DO is a board-certified Family Medicine Specialist in San Antonio, TX and has over 10 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from the University of School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency training with NYU Lagone Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn.    He practices both traditional medicine and osteopathy.  While he treats numerous conditions such as blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, etc. he has a special interest in treating diabetes which is a passion of his.  He has been published in a number of respectable journals, presented award-winning research and led/participated in medical trips to South America and the Caribbean.  In his free time he enjoys running, soccer, cycling, traveling, photography and spending time with his wife and family.
